Against the coastal backdrop of The Lodge at Torrey Pines, an expansive lineup of chefs from Southern California and Baja comes together with regional farmers, ranchers, fishers, vintners, brewers, and artisans for an afternoon devoted to seasonality and collaboration. This year marks a new chapter under The Lodge’s Executive Chef Eric Sakai and A.R. Valentien Chef de Cuisine Owen Beatty, with participating chefs including Eric Bost, Drew Deckman, Benito Molina, JoJo Ruiz, Claudia Sandoval, Travis Swikard, Brad Wise, and many more.
