Knowledge (RAG Index)
Real data only: the chatbot searches the live WordPress index (500 latest posts + 200 events, cached hourly) and, for older articles, the client's own sitemap (10,648 URLs) — the exact post is then fetched live from WordPress by slug. No sample index is used. Retrieve first, then answer, with sources linking back to the original article. If nothing matches, the bot does not guess.
